Abstract

The analysis of 127 patients with peptic ulcer disease and simultaneous combination of several complications (bleeding, perforation, stenosis, penetration). A method for determining the assessment of blood loss. The correlation analysis of the proposed method with the definition of VCB with Evans Blue. The correlation coefficient - 0,87. The high degree of correlation between the studied traits and bcc, Evans determined by the way we can recommend the proposed methodology for broad application in practice. It is important that the proposed signs to determine the severity of bleeding informative, do not require special equipment, it is easy to carry out at any time of the day repeatedly.
